Why I am not a good Leftist
Even though I have exhibitted signs of being a bleeding heart Liberal (yes, with a captal "l") I have never been very comfortable in their midst..ie: at the protest against seal hunting, or peace marches in general- especially the ones lately....

Arts is as close to a category I can choose- it is just as relevant as any other--maybe hodge-podge would describe it best ;)
I was just wondering as my girlfriend and I are trying to get "in" to the visual arts scene here in Montreal (we just recently arrived)...
I don't even think anyone knows what being a "leftist" is anymore. It's in a pretty piss-poor shape right now.
