Is this odd, or is it just me?

My roommate and I have our rooms at opposite ends of a 5 1/2 (a three bedroom apartment) and we insist on emailing each other instead of going to the other's room. We're not mad at each other or anything- in fact it's usually to plan some outing together.
We don't even instant message- always email!

Once, I called her cellphone from my cellphone... weird habit?
